Moodle 3.1
We are using the Clean theme as the default. (See attached image.)
But we have no theme selected for the Legacy, Mobile and Tablet devices.
Should we select Clean for each one of these devices using the (Change theme) button beside each one, or is this unnecessary?

Hi Rick,
There is no need to add themes for those other devices if you are using Clean theme, as that theme works on all devices.
The reason that page is there is to allow Moodle sites to specify different themes for different devices.
To disable that view you can un-check the setting to "Detect mobile devices" in Themes settings.
Site Administration > Appearance > Themes > Theme settings
