How do you create a "proper" calculated question?

I keep running into the problem described in MDL-37744, i.e. the wild card values are reset when trying to add a new parameter.

How would one go about adding a new parameter using a different range of value than the default without the value resetting?

Maria,

You should perhaps take a look at the Formulas question type. If you get to master this question type a bit, you may find it simpler, more efficient and more comprehensive. This is only my personal opinion. 微笑
