Site Administration, Course, Glossary and Book are ok for the configuration for autolink.
I make just one glossary and one book
And they aren´t working
I cleaned the cache of my browser and I reinstalled it.
I cleaned the cache from Moodle.
Im using the standard theme .
What Im doing wrong?

You've turned on glossary linking at the site level for the book module.
Double check inside the book to see that the filter is set to on.
Go to your Book, and in the Admin block click on "filter" - check that the Glossary auto-Linking is set to "On" (even though you have it at the site level as 'on' still double check at the activity level.
If that is what you have shown in the image above, try turning it "OFF" at the book activity level. Save and then go back and turn it "ON" and save. See if that pushes it out.

Yes, these images are showing what I already did.
I tried your sugestion, by setting off the filters at the book and at glossary, saving and putting both on again and saving again.
Later I tried putting a new record in the glossary with autolink and another record in the book to test this new entry and nothing happens.
I think thats a bug with the glossary.
