Edit:  It appears my Firefox installation is wonky somehow, as my co-worker sees what's expected.   Issue is entirely on my end.

Edit #2:  I found the culprit.  The ABP (Ad Block Plus) extension for Firefox is what was preventing the icons from displaying.
