this is kind of the plugin i am looking for but instead of fixed dates, it depends on date of enrollment as i will be using it in a corporate environment rather than academic. I realize that Moodle is a Hands-on type of LMS, but this feature is quite helpful and makes sense...
I think maybe the best way is to probably develop a plugin for this...
