I think Marcus that if you already have the "Class comedian" badge you can't then be considered for the "Particularly Annoying "badge, so I guess that rules you out.
(at this point, if I had more time and wider knowledge of popular culture, I would post a youtube video of some random famous UK comedian of yesteryear, but I don't, so I won't.)
