There are various ways to achieve that. Explore the Moodle event monitoring feature. If you create an event rule on the dataform/entry_created event, teachers who subscribe to this rule would get a notification on new entries. You can also try using the dataform notification rules where again you create a rule on the entry_created event and apply the rule to one or more views to the effect that when entries are created in these views notifications are sent to the specified users.
