Listing lesson's content page titles in Navigation menu

Hi,

the lesson's content page titles are listing in a separate "Lesson Menu". Is it possible to list lesson's content pages instead in the left "Navigation" menu under their respective lessons ?

I guess if someone knew how to program it that way, it might be possible, but it's not possible with Lesson as it is now. What are the advantages you see of having the pages in the Navigation block?
