Images don't show after upgrade to 3.1

I upgraded the past weekend from Moodle 2.8 to Moodle 3.1. The images displayed before the upgrade, but they do not display anymore. When I edit the question, the image displays, but when I preview the questions, the images do not display. This is the same for any question type.

They display in Moodle 2.9 and Moodle 3.0 installations, but not in Moodle 3.1

The bug has been fixed and released as '3.1.1 (Build - 2016070700)'. The new release is available at Github or the plugins database.

Thank you Mike! You have no idea how I appreciate this. I built whole courses using the questionnaire tool. It is the best tool to use for the Question-driven-design-approach. (actually the only one).
