setup Email to could send emails from Moodle problem

I have a lot of users that complain, they can't change email. evry time they change their email profile, allways there is message "ERROR: could not send email!"

i did some research about how to configure message output in Moodle.

i checked that the value of send email path is empty.


would you please guide me on what steps should be done to successfully  solve this issue

Do you want to change the values of those PHP "sendmail_from" and "sendmail_path" properties? You do that in your php.ini file.
