I'm looking for a Moodle plugin tutorial and found this link:

But it seems this is empty. Am I missing something?
Looking at the page history (added in May) I'd assume that this is a shell of a page which is under construction/development, possibly part of the discussions around a new Moodle Developers course from HQ? Hopefully its coming soon, as it looks very useful!
Ah, I look forward to this tutorial. I need to make a few local plugins to add custom database tables and to sort vocabulary words based on student's performance.
