Ahh. I see. I created the competence framework and i did have a learning plan but I linked the framework competencies directly to the courses while linking the (empty) learning plan to the students.
I thought the learning plan would be filled with the competencies they archieved "as they went".
Ok, just my misunderstanding of how the system works. Thanks Mary!
