Over on the e-learning heroes forums I read a forum thread for people having some lag issues with video in their published files that it could be improved by "getting a server technician to increase session_data cache size for LMS users"
How might I begin with this? I read some articles on moodle cache and its above my knowledge base. I have a server technician but he doesn't know moodle so I am reluctant to ask him to do this without providing some direction specific to moodle. Can anyone assist with tutorial advice on increasing this parameter "session_data cache size"
