You need to add those php file on their specific folder. the error message displayed means that specific php file were missing. you may check your master repository and check if filter_poodle is existing you may copy the missing php files and put them on server directory of moodle
You should not need to cherry pick files from here and there.
The most recent version of the plugins should work, so make sure you have the latest version from Moodle.org. In your case Arturo the PoodLL Anywhere for Atto plugins appears old.
If you are getting the plugins from github, be aware the latest version is in fact on branch Moodle29+. But I suggest you get them from Moodle.org to be safe.
