Adding "templatecourse" to webservice function "core_course_create_courses"

Hi guys,

i'm new to moodle development. I need to integrate the function "Restore from course" to the webservice API "core_course_create_courses". 

Do you think it's possible to do that. Where i can start to learn how to do that?

Did you find an approach to achieve the above request? If so, could you please share the approach? or the syntax  for the core_course_create_courses method (parameters to be sent)?
