Hi!

In our Competency framework we have some related third level items which are the same but can be in more than one second level items. For instance, the entry "Emmagatzematge de dades i còpies de seguretat" which appears in the following screenshot:

We've created a cross-referenced with them because we've thought if one of them were passed, automatically the other will be the same... but not:

  • Which is the behaviour of the application for the cross-referenced competencies? 
  • If the cross-referenced is not for this, it's possible to get this behaviour (competencies relate to automatically complete when some of them are "proefient").

I agree.  Perhaps adding functionality that is similar to the competency rules would be beneficial.  Being able to mark a competency as complete based on the status of other ones that are not a child to the competency would be extremely beneficial.
