Good afternoon. I have installed both moodle and moodle mobile 3.1(local, no connected to internet). Almost every thing works perfect in moodle mobile, except course search option: it return an "invalid param value detected" error. I google it, search in forum but i do not find the answer. I ask for the community help. Best Regards.

yes, there was a regression and for Moodle 3.1 course search is not working.
It will be fixed for Moodle 3.1.1 (that will be available in a couple of weeks)
