Installing and upgrading help

I had problems when I was installing Moodle so I know what your frustration may be like >< so I'm guessing you installed the newest version? 3.1? I can see that your Moodle installation is hosted on a web domain.. may be some access/privilege issue to the database? If you followed the correct steps during installation i.e. selecting the correct database (mysqli or mariadb) etc then it showed be ok.. are you sure you haven't changed some of the files prior to the installation as it may then cause corruption during installation.
