There's always the Google RSS search facilities provided by their new RSS reader. You need to have a Google Account, however (Gmail gives you one by default).

Finding RSS feeds is pretty easy, since most blogs will have them and many more traditional sites have them (for example the BBC has a load, including podcasts: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/help/rss/default.stm) or are introducing them. There are also now a load of search and aggregator tools about.

As far as specific edtech feeds go there's a lot of options. You could do a search of edtech blogs using technorati or google blogs - however, this could take quite a bit of time and be pretty hit & miss. You could also check out the new edubloggers map (http://www.frappr.com/edubloggers). Find some blogs you like and then see who they read, either via their blog roll (a list of blogs they read usually included in the sidebar) or see who they subscribe too over at bloglines (if they have an account). You can check out my subscriptions here: http://www.bloglines.com/public/JosieFraser

If you set up a (free) account over at bloglines they will also generate suggested subscriptions based on any current subscriptions.
