I was wondering how to switch the side menus in the Moodle Mobile 3.1, i.e. make the main menu slide from the right instead of the left and the other menu from the left.

I don't think there's an easy way to do so.
To begin with, you should switch the side attributes of each menu in components/sidemenu/menu.html.
Then you'll have to change the position of the open menu buttons and change their menu-toggle property.
Once all this is done test if it works fine, maybe you need to adjust something else.

I did the suggested changes and it worked. The only thing is that now both menus slide from the right (at least the nav menu slide from the right).
