Hi,
Airnotifier doesn't now about Moodle enrolments, Airnotifier will broadcast to all the registered devices in the site, regardless the course where they are enrolled.
If you want to send a message to all the users in a course, you can use the messaging setting in Moodle, you can go to the participant list and select all the users to send them a message.
Please, note that the message will arrive only to users that accessed with the Mobile app and with the messaging settings configured to receive push notifications.

Thank you so much for eliminating my confusion.
I -mistakenly- thought and believed that the userid field together with the device token (pushid) in the mdl_user_devices table is connected or related to the courses that the user is enrolled in.
