Hi Moodlers,

I have released a stable Collapsed Topics for Moodle 3.1: https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversion.php?id=11348.

It contains:

Version 3.1.1
  1. First stable version for Moodle 3.1.
Version 3.1.0.1
  1. Alpha version for Moodle 3.1.
  2. Refactor to use spans instead of links for the toggle for MDL-51802 as cannot have a link in a link.
  3. Implement MDL-51802.
