Hi Dave. We merely designed and put in for download our theme Winter15 on which this customization is based. The customization has been done entirely by the user..and I agree they made a damn good banner..and did a fantastic change job. I am happy you're getting ideas smile..because that's precisely our intention behind highlighting user examples..that we learn from each other and take moodle-themeing forward.
