How can I overcome this error????
I can't see a mod_diary in the plugins database, but essentially that message is telling you that the plugin is not compatable with your version of moodle. So you need to contact the plugin developer to get it fixed - in this case the specific warning is that it doesn't have a diary/lang/en/mod_diary.php file
