Blank page returned when i access by admin

I have an moodle installed using load balancing for 2 IP 160.13.90.44, 160.13.90.43. Now domain is newstandard.education.

I can login normal account (teacher, student) normally, but can't access by admin account, after i login, the blank page http://newstandard.education/admin/index.php occured!


I really need a solution, all help be appreciated!

Doan, is it load balancing IP's or load balancing servers?

blank page usually points towards corrupted caches, so assuming your user cache for admin account has corrupted, delete "cache" and "localcache" folders from your moodledata folder and refresh page and see if you can log-in, dont worry about deletion of two folders, for they will automatically be re-created once you refresh webpage.

I don't known why, but when i restart httpd server, it worked. Maybe problem is what you talk, corrupted caches. Thanks for your help!
