I know we are moving to a different wiki engine, but does anyone have an answer to our file attachment issue in the current Erfurt Wiki version.
There are two ways to upload a file attachment -the edit tab or the Attachment tab. When a user uploads using the Browse/Upload feature on the Edit tab it does not show up on the Wiki page. If they try to upload a .doc file they get the error message that it is not supported. When uploading image files the system defaults to -internal://somefile.jpg. Where is this location and how do students access it?
We are also experiencing the issue with disappearing html editors on the view tab and edit tab in IE. To fix it, I have the users click out of the wiki or onto the history tab then back and it seems to fix itself.
