Description: In the list of questions of the quiz manual grading the question number (Q#) and the question name is displayed. It would be very useful if the question type icon would be displayed, too. This would facilitate finding certain questions especially when manual grading is used for many questions and different question types (essay, file upload, short answer, numerical ,...).

Usecase: We use this when grading summative examinations where we don't want students to loose points for typos or grammatical errors in short answer questions. We also use it for calculated, simple calculated and numerical questions where a wrong decimal separator (comma for english language or point for german language) leads to zero points - although the student gave the right answer.

Feature request: There is a feature request regarding this on Moodle Tracker: MDL-53814

Vote, comment, conribute: If you feel this is a helpful feature please vote. If you have further suggestions or an even better solution how to facilitate finding the right question, please comment. And of course it would be greate if someone could come up with a code solution!

The second usecase - giving points to students who entered the correct value with the wrong decimal separator in calculated, simple calculated and numerical questions - is no longer an issue. This is fixed at least since Moodle 3.0.4.

However, there is another usecase where this feature would be helpful. There are question types (e.g. qtype_kprime) where students have to select options as in multiple choice questions. Even if teachers try hard to create unequivocal and unambiguous options, they sometimes only realize after the exam that an option specified as wrong in certain cases might be correct. To be able to give points to those students who selected this option, manual grading is needed.
