Myself and Raj were discussing in the HQ office - i'm advocating that we should stop behat from running if the server side php version mismatches with the cli version - we enforce them to stay consistent.
This will bring the benefit of ensuring the php version we report will be accurate, but also stops any multi-version bugs that might happen down the line
