display of ratings in forum posts user summary

Is there a way to display the ratings for each users posts, on the 'forum posts' summary page (eg ...forum/user.php?course=27&id=542&mode=posts)

It is important for me to track a particular user's activity along with the dates of posts and the applied ratings.
