We are having an issue with enrolment in mnet after upgrading to Moodle 3, hoping someone can shed some light on what is happening.

Edit enrolments
We get "enrolled users" box on the left, see add and remove buttons, but no "not enrolled users" box on the right of the screen.

Did you get a solution to this? I have several Moodles on 2.8 using Mnet and we are looking to upgrade to Moodle 3. I would appreciate knowing in advance what the issues may be.
