Where is the permission to allow Email all course participants, to a specific role ?
I am searching with "participants" but its only for view not for ability to send emails etc ?

Latest version I want to give permission to all participants of a specific role to send emails through course participants link in course menu.
Anybody have idea how to do this >?

This is not what exactly I need because I want that feature participants to have the send email function for all roles ?
