Hi Fred,

I can imagine you get this a lot of times, so if I can trouble you once more please??

I'm starting a subsidized Tutorial platform for Students and I've just gone live with my site.

1. Can you let me know what's the best way for teachers to use Maths symbols and Chemical formulae please??  

2. Also is there any way a developer can add more Tools like 3D shapes, Media player etc. (like plugins in Moodle)

Would love to get your feedback on these please.

I guess your best shot would be using an external drawing tablet that you can hock up to your computer as any other input device.

Adding a native tool to the BigBlueButton is off course doable but definitely you would need an experienced BBB developer for designing the right  solution. Modifying the client in such way brings an extra complexity therefore I don't think we are going to see it happening anytime soon.

You can see that is part of the roadmap http://docs.bigbluebutton.org/support/road-map.html#whiteboard but it certainly doesn't have the highest priority in the queue right now.

I'll perhaps take a help of a BBB dev to look into adding some extra tools for Maths and Science learners.
