I am trying to create quiz for CAT Exam.
I need to create 3 tabs in quiz page each tab i need to display 10 questions once completed the all question in 3 tabs then he will submit quiz finally.
second need to enable after 15 min.
third tab need to enable after second tab after 15 min.

You are a bit vague John.
Do you want to replicate this in Moodle?
Do you have a Moodle site, and which version is it if you do?
As far as I know, this is not likely to work with Moodle out of the box. It does not use tabs like you ask.

I suspect the answer to the original question is no, though I generally avoid answering any question with the word urgent in the title that does not give a convincing reason as to why it is urgent.
