General help

I have been fighting with an SQL query for some time, now. I need a report that lists the user's scorm score in a particular course along with feedback entered on an offline assignment. I can see the assignment feedback listed in the grade_grades table feedback column but I cannot get it to add that information back into the report. I've looked through the list of ad hoc submitted queries on the moodle site many, many times and cannot find a solution. If I just run the Grade report for the course and export it to Excel, it shows all of the course data I need, but I also need information from the user table in the report as well. So, I basically need the grader report query then add a few user fields to it...can someone point me to the grader report query? I've tried going to a page that runs the report and adding the code to make it show the SQL on-screen, but that isn't working for me for some reason...any help is greatly appreciated!
