General help

If you are using Moodle 2.5, then click on the name of the course, and then click Edit settings in the Course administration  block. Then scroll down to the course format and select SCORM. When you save it you will be prompted to upload your SCORM package. Or, as Simon says, you can click into the course, turn on the editing, and add the SCORM package as an activity from one of the 'Add an activity or resource" links.
