Installing and upgrading help

Thanks - I had to load the last backup we had of M 2.9.2 to get the site working again - that's the version that's running now. But I still need to find out what happened so we can update. It does sound like a server issue, but going back to 2.9.2 probably shouldn't have fixed it if it was. But I've cloned our M site and will try 2.9.3 update on the clone and post results here too.
