LDAP-module cannot connect any LDAP servers

I'm a Moodle newbie, and trying to get AD authentication working for the first time.  I'm running 1.5.2 on Windows 2003 server using Easy PHP from http://moodle.org/doc/?file=installamp.html#windows.  The install worked well, and I was able to log on.  I initially had problems with switching to LDAP as it wasn't enabled, but I resolved that.  I've entered what I believe to be all the relevant information, and try to logon to the software and get this message:

LDAP-module cannot connect any LDAP servers:

What's that mean?  Is it not seeing the servers I entered, or not connecting to them?

It looks like your configuration may be incorrect, i may be wrong but i belive the error means that it cannot see the LDAP server you specified which possibly means the LDAP host url is incorrect. 

There is an 'example' of a working config  attached, hope it is of help to you
