Would it be possible for any best practices on the following
o Changing email text/formats for
§ New user email
§ Course Enrollment email
§ Reminder email
· How does this work? How often would this be sent?
· Before the date?
· What happens if date has elapsed?
§ Certificate email
o When you enrol a cohort to a course, are the enrolment emails sent automatically?
o When you upload users via a .csv file, is the New User email created and sent automatically to each user?
o How can you give the Maintain User permission to a user/Editing Teacher without Admin privileges?
