I'm using Moodle 2.9 version.
I have downloaded ELIS from
Getting the following error while installing.

But, what is the plugin type have to select while installing?

If you're downloading a plugin directly from github, then you'll need to rename the folder before you upload it.
Unzip the file you downloaded, rename the folder to 'eliscore' then re-zip it and try again (it is a 'local' plugin, from the name).
Alternatively, after renaming, upload the files directly to your Moodle server - put them in '[moodle code path]/local/eliscore' (being careful not to create '/local/eliscore/eliscore/' - the 'version.php' file for the plugin should go directly in '/local/eliscore').
I have followed your steps, and installed successfully.
After installation i'm trying to enable them.
But, in plugins -> plugins overview those are displaying like
There is no settings to display, and even enable or disable options.
