I'm using Moodle 2.9.
My scorm is consist of short (compressed) videos (1 to 2 minute, at least 10 to 20mb max). I want to enhance the buffering/streaming.
Is there any suggestions that you can give to at least speed up the videos? Or may be a CDN platform that has video streaming features?

You could put your videos up on as private videos on YouTube or Vimeo and use embed code to place them in the scorm package pages? If you need more professional service, could look at something like MediaCore?
It seperate management of the videos from your actual SCORM files, which also means you don't have to shift large files around except when uploading them to your streaming service.
