At the moment when you install a Moodle it comes with one default scale which is "Separate and Connected ways of knowing".
After you have added some of your own systemwide scales you cannot select them as default setting for all activities (that can use custom scales) but it is stuck at "Separate and Connected ways of knowing".
You can of course change the scale manually from the drop-down menu but it would be great to have an option to change what is selected by default in the drop-down menu.
This setting should be available to administrators and managers.
