please, uninstall the app or upgrade to the latest version. Maybe the app has cached the official service and it's still using it.

If you continue experiencing problems, please send to us via private message a test user account in your site.

Now I have the new version but no ads appear when I receive a message. In the previous version if they appeared.

Hi,

first of all you need to check that in your Moodle profile settings (Messaging option), you see a column called "Mobile notifications", and then, you have to check all the notifications you want to receive via Push notifications.

If the Moodle Mobile app is in the background or foreground, you will see a new notification in the top bar (when you receive a Push notification), if you click in the notification in the top bar it should be displayed
