My University has a Moodle install that is not world visible (only people on campus network can access it). Further, all network traffic on campus needs certificates.
Our Moodle admin has told me that Moodle for mobile (specifically Android) cannot be activated as there is a long standing issue (since 2005) with using Moodle for Android over DHCP networked connections.
Is that correct? Has this issue, if it ever existed, been fixed?
