I have searched for a Copy or Duplicate button in the question bank and in the question editing page. Nowhere can I find a Copy or Duplicate button. Is there one?

Hello. Please see the documentation Question bank and the section on Edit, duplicate, preview, delete and move.
Here is a screenshot from the docs. The duplicate icon is the second from the left. Click it and then it will make a copy that you can edit (if you want) or just scroll down and click "Save changes" and it will be duplicated.

I thought I was overlooking something really simple. I guess I thought these icons were non-active because they looked greyed out. My bad.
How marvelous! I can just select the question bank for that chapter and edit, view, duplicate, add and delete to my heart's content.
2.8.7 is a Marvelous Moodle. Compared to the ancient Moodle I learned with, this is a Cadillac.
