How to create dependent drop down profile field ?

I have created some User profile fields from Administration -> Users -> Accounts -> User Profile fields.

We have some options related which type of field we want to create. I have successfully created some profile fields. Now I want to create dependent field. It means that second drop down list can depend upon first drop down list.

I want same like THIS.

Please help. Thanks.

Thanks Jaswinder. But I think it doesn't help me to do in user registration page. 

We can use your suggestion only when we add activity of type Database.

If is there any way to use your suggestion in registration page then please help me to do this.
