My test server displays months in english when the language is tl_utf8. Following the advise from the French problem of the same nature I've set the locale to tl_PH.UTF-8, but it still did not work.
My Debian server has the following locales:
tl_PH
tl_PH.iso88591
tl_PH.iso885915
tl_PH.utf8
the alias tl_PH defaults to iso8859-15.
Is it simply a problem with my server's locale or thus it occur in other's installation as well?

The Months does not seem to be displaying in tl_utf8
