Hi.

I cannot access any messages from my mobile app. or send any messages from it.

don't see the list of students or any messages - the screen is just blank - no data is uploaded onto it.

But I have a test student who can access his messages / send messages

After I posted this post, I began to get messages for a while, hence my late reply, but they have now stopped.

you've posted admin credentials in a public forum, please change intermediately your user password.

I asked for credentials via private message, you can see in my profile an option for sending me a private message

Hi.

I am still having problems with the above.

I now have the latest version of the app on my phone and when I access Messages an invalid user error message appears.

I also cannot access my contacts. It says that the contact list is empty. When I try and search for one of my contacts another error message appears saying:-

"Cannot Connect: verify that you have correctly typed the URL and ................ "

Can you help?

The problem, however, is not happening with my test student account. It seem to be with my administrator account only.

Hi,
this was fixed for these Moodle versions: 2.8.7, 2.9.1
Have you upgraded your site to those versions to check how it works now?

Hi Juan,

Sorry to take you out of the subject.

The "Send a private message to a course participant (can be done offline)

My understanding("offline") was you can send message without being connected to the internet.

However, every time i try doing so it asks me for internet connection?


Same when sending note offline.


Any thoughts?
