Duplicate posts in forum

Anyone know what might be causing this? When I create a topic in the Latest news forum I get duplicate posts. Here is what I see in news forums

For some reason here they have different dates? Go figure... I know how to create a post... just for some reason I'm getting two... and only one e-mail. I want to see only one post not duplicates.

Did you ever discover what was causing this?
