I'm the developer of the mod_offlinequiz module and I have a problem with my German language packs.
background info:
When we submitted my module to moodle.org/plugins I was asked to remove the German language files.
I did that and submitted the strings to AMOS.
However, I soon found out that it was almost impossible to develop with all our moodle installations having to get new strings from AMOS every time I change something.
So I put the German language files into my module's GIT repository.
My current problem:
I don't know if this is related, but whenever I change a string in my module, deploy the new version on one of our Moodle installations, delete all caches, and check the result, my changes are not displayed in Moodle.
Could it be that our Moodle installations once downloaded the strings from AMOS and now keep using those strings instead of the ones in the module's language files?
Is there any way to check that? Is there any admin settings I didn't think of?
I also tried disabling the language cache completely to no avail.
