User cannot Enrol in course when moodle is LTI Provider

G'Day,

I am working in a testing environment on D2L's Brightspace platform. We are trying to setup our courses in their system using IMS LTI.

I have the LTI Provider plugin installed on my test moodle installation (LTI Provider) and have created the link and shared secret.

I have entered this information into D2L's Brightspace (LTI Consumer). It then gives me the option to preview the connection.

When it accesses the course from my moodle installation, instead of giving me access it takes me to an enroll options page instead, and states at the bottom 'You can not enrol yourself in this course'

Is there something I need to setup in the LTI Provider plugin settings (not much info on those settings) to allow auto enrollment when acting as a tool provider? or do I need to set something in D2L's Brightspace who is the LTI Consumer in this case?

P.S. - I am very new too both Moodle and Brightspace.
